HABITS & REPEATING TASKS

Keep work, personal projects, and someday ideas easy to find.
Find a task by its title, status, priority, list, or tag. Save a useful search.
Give repeating work a schedule, without adding the same task again.
Keep a record of focus sessions alongside the work they belonged to.
PERSONAL MEANS PERSONAL
Start in a local workspace without an account. When you want account features, make that choice explicitly.
Capture and organize local tasks, including offline. Keep a backup: browser storage is tied to this browser and device.
Account availability tools let you define shared time windows. Personal task details don’t have to become your availability.
Export your local tasks. Local and account workspaces are separate; moving data between them is an explicit step.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
No. Open the planner to begin with local tasks in your browser. Account features are a separate choice, and local work is not automatically uploaded.
The local planner includes task capture, lists, calendar planning, repeating tasks, habits, focus sessions, search, and task export. Account features have a separate workspace and setup. Product illustrations use sample tasks; your workspace starts with your own data.
Local task capture and planning are designed to work offline. Account synchronization and sharing need a connection. Keep a task export as a backup; clearing browser data can remove local work.
Harbor is a web planner with PWA support. Use it in your browser or install the PWA. Native iOS and macOS apps are not included.
You decide which tasks to schedule, complete, or move. Harbor does not automatically schedule your tasks or connect external calendars.
Account availability tools support sharing selected time windows with a partner. This is different from sharing all your tasks or synchronizing your entire personal calendar.
